All About Me
Hello and thank you for taking the time to consider me as your photographer! I have over 15 years of photography experience. After graduating with a fine arts degree in 2004 from the Ontario College of Art and Design University (OCADU), I have worked in many different avenues of photography - commercial, editorial and finally specializing in studio maternity, newborn, child, & family photography. I'm also available for in-home Newborn Photography Lifestyle Sessions.
I'm accredited with NAPCP (National Association of Professional Child Photographers) and voted Best Child & Baby Photographer in Toronto for 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023! I have also obtained Master Photographer status for my family photography with NAPCP. I've been Internationally Published in Luxury Magazine and also won numerous awards including the Baby Photo Awards, Shoot and Share Finalist, Top 10, Top 20 and Top 30. I specialize in taking timeless classic portraits of your newborn in a calming and safe environment. Modern Headshots and Personal Branding Sessions are also available.
I've attended numerous in person workshops, retreats, and mentorships to learn safe newborn handling, lighting and editing techniques to capture those fleeting memories of your newborn and child. I'm also the family photographer for the Ronald McDonald House in Toronto, AboutFace National Charity, 'Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep' and many other Non-Profit charities involving children and families.

The ideal time frame for maternity portraiture is between 28-34 weeks. The use of my maternity studio wardrobe and make-up application is included in the session fee. It is recommended that you also book your newborn portrait session at this time. When booking a maternity session in conjunction with a newborn session, you will receive a $100 off the session fee.
The best time for Newborn Photography is between 5-15 days old. I take on a very limited number of newborns per month to ensure my clients have flexibility in dates and to ensure quick turnaround time for edited galleries.
It is highly recommended to make a tentative booking around your estimated due date, at least 3 to 4 months in advance of your due date. Check out my Newborn FAQ page for more frequently asked questions.
I offer a limited number of Mini Sessions thought out the year - such as Christmas Minis, Easter Minis, and Summer Sunset Minis. Follow me on Facebook or sign up for my newsletter to keep up to date.
Working with Pamela was such a great experience. Upon arriving at the studio, our little one was determined to stay awake, which made it difficult to get her into the poses we wanted. Pamela was extremely patient and ensured that despite the added challenge of a wide awake baby we got incredible shots! Pamela was amazing to work with. She took the time to really get to know us as a couple, listened to our ideas and with her creative vision brought our maternity photo shoot to life.
