Service Description

The "Grow With Me | First Year Baby" Plan is for those wanting to professionally capture your infant’s milestones through the first year. Package pricing includes Session fee for 3 Stages: Newborn + Family, Little Sitter session (6-9 months), and First Birthday Session. Includes $100 print credit per session. ( $1,200 value) Each portrait session includes a design consultation to plan your session and an in-person ordering appointment. You’ll receive a BONUS digital slideshow at the end of the year which will include all of the *images purchased* from your 3 sessions. You’ll have access to special pricing options as well as wonderful year-end incentive gifts! Pamela only accepts 3 "Grow With Me" members per month. Each member receives $100 print credit per session, priority booking, and a guaranteed spot on the studio calendar. The "Grow With Me" session fee covers the time and talent required to prepare, photograph and edit your sessions with digital images included. Digital images, prints and products are sold separately from the session fee. Session fees are non-refundable, but may be used for (1) one future re-scheduled session if necessary. Pamela Yool Photography retains copyrights to all photographs. It is illegal to scan, copy, download or reproduce any image without written permission whether said image has been purchased or not. Pamela Yool Photography reserves the right to use photos for marketing, trade or any other lawful purpose.

Cancellation Policy

This is your non-refundable session fee and is required to secure your session. NO cameras and or mobile phones allowed. Only photographers are able to capture and record images. CLIENT CONTRACT TERMS Please note the session fee is a non-refundable retainer for your time slot on the specific date. CLAUSES This agreement constitutes an order for portrait photography services, and any additional services outlined above in package. It is agreed to by both parties, Photographer and Client, as described above. Client agrees to pay Total amount by the Final Payment Due By Date as defined in contract. PHOTOGRAPHERS RIGHTS It is understood that any and all images, whether proofs, digital files, final prints or sample prints, and all rights to them remain the property of the Photographer. All images created may be used in promotional materials. CLIENT RIGHTS Regarding the im ages delivered, as digital files or otherwise, Client’s rights are limited to personal use. Photographs may not be sold or used in advertising unless otherwise specified by the Photographer. DATE RESERVATION FEE The amount Due at Signing, as defined above, is a Date Reservation Fee. Upon receipt the Photographer will reserve the time agreed upon for the event date and will not make another reservation for the agreed upon time. For this reason, the date reservation fee is non-refundable. PERMISSIONS All permits and permissions required for the Photographer to photograph the event, whether for location, personal release or any other cause, are the responsibility of the Client to obtain. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Although all care will be taken with these photography services and the digital photographs taken, the Photographer limits any liability for loss, injury, death, inability to perform the photography services for any reason, failure to deliver images for any reason or any other types of dam ages to the return of all payments already paid to the Photographer up to Total Amount defined above. INEMNIFICATION Client hereby agrees to indem nify, release, discharge and hold harm less the Photographer, its heirs, CLIENT SIGNATURE Legal representatives, assigns, em ployees or any persons or corporations acting under perm ission or authority of the Photographer from and against any liability or claims arising as a result of any work done related to this agreement. This includes, but is not limited to claims related to the use of the likenesses of anyone captured in the images or any distortion, blurring or alteration that may occur or be produced in the taking, processing or reproduction of the photographs. TRANSFER This agreem ent cannot be transferred or assigned to any third party by either the Photographer or Client without written consent of both Parties. ENTIRE AGREEMENT This is the entire agreement between Photographer and Client and supersedes all previous agreements. It cannot be altered without written consent of both Photographer and Client. EXECUTION Digitally signing this agreement has the same effect as manually signing a paper original. (Contract to be sent by email) DELIVERY OF PHOTOS No part of any order, including previews, will be delivered until the balance is paid in full. Photos will be ready in 6 to 12 weeks, unless specified.
